Surrounded by rolling countryside and situated within the serene Blazing Donkey hotel, Samphire Restaurant offers a rich variety of fine cuisine to guests, visitors and food aficionados in the historic town of Sandwich, Kent.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week, as well as all day during weekends, Samphire Restaurant prepares its dishes with the highest quality local produce and regularly changes the menu to match the ingredients of the seasons. Popular dishes include the succulent Chateaubriand Steak, Whole Sea Bass for two and the Cushions of Halibut (off the bone).
Diners at Samphire are greeted by presentable and professional staff, luxurious leather seating and generously-sized oak dining tables.
